Esta Rickenbacker es la misma guitarra que la Rickenbacker 325 en color madera de arriba. En septiembre de 1962 fue pintada de negro en Londres. Previamente, a finales de 1960 John le habia cambiado los botones y el vibrato. Posteriormente en 1972 John la mandó restaurar a su color primitivo y con ella grabó alguna pista de su último disco Double Fantasy en la canción "Stepping Out". This Rickenbacker is the same Rickenbacker 325 wood color above.This guitar was painted black september 1962 and replaced the vibrato and knobs later 1960. In 1972 the guitar was restored in his original natural wood color in New York.The last "work" of this guitar was in "Stepping Out" of the last Lennon´s record, Double Fantasy.
